[1] Die nachfolgende Bibliographie ist im Wesentlichen durch die Zuarbeit zahlreicher Kollegen entstanden, die mir die Angaben zu ihren Beiträgen zugeschickt haben. In den Fällen, wo ich Rückantworten nicht erhalten habe, habe ich versucht, aus Veröffentlichungen im Internet bzw. aus den mir vorliegenden Publikationen Einträge zu ergänzen. Da mir eine Anzahl der im Folgenden aufgelisteten  Veröffentlichungen nicht vorliegt, konnten eventuelle Fehler in den Angaben der Kollegen nicht immer korrigiert werden. Des Weiteren  habe ich  versucht, die mir übermittelten  Angaben so weit wie möglich  zu vereinheitlichen. Die Beiträge, die als Monographien erschienen sind bzw. kurzfristig erscheinen werden, wurden durch kursive Schrift und fett kenntlich gemacht.
